The 2007 LibQUAL+TM Library Service Survey
How well are the Memorial University of Newfoundland Libraries meeting the needs of students, faculty, and staff? From March 12th through April 9th, 2007, the Libraries undertook a comprehensive survey of library service quality at Memorial. 5,024 LibQUAL+
TM surveys were distributed to undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, research staff, library staff and other staff. A total of 853 surveys were completed. In addition, 383 participants took the additional time to make comments.
