Document Delivery Guide

Use this form to request books, articles or other items not available from the Memorial Libraries print or electronic collection.

A brief video tutorial showing users how to complete Loan and Copy request forms is now available:

In addition, the following new query options have been added to the login page:
  • "List All Requests." Lists all your document delivery requests.
  • "List Open Requests." Lists only your requests which are still in process.

When a user selects "List All Requests" or "List Open Requests", several more features are available. By clicking on the hyperlink request number, e.g. PME-20198743, users can view details of that particular request. At the bottom of the details screen users can select from the following service options:

  • “Send Message:” allows the user to send a query to local document delivery staff about that particular document delivery request.
  • “Cancel Request:” allows the user to request cancellation of that particular document delivery request.
  • "View Details:” offers detailed bibliographic information on that particular document delivery request

“Contact Us:” on all pages allows the user to send a general message to local document delivery staff.
