WHAT IS THE INVENTORY OF STATISTICS CANADA'S QUESTIONNAIRES?
The Inventory of Statistics Canada's Questionnaires contains information relating to Statistics Canada's questionnaire based surveys. It is a comprehensive inventory of all the questionnaires used in 1997 by Statistics Canada to
conduct surveys.
The information is grouped under the industrial and socio-economic subject matter Divisions of Statistics Canada responsible for the surveys. Each questionnaire-based survey is listed with the titles of questionnaires used, their form numbers and f
requency. The questionnaires listed include printed questionnaires, computer generated questionnaires, telephone interview questionnaires, follow-up questionnaires, as well as administrative forms originating from other sources which are used by Stat

compile statistics.
The material was compiled from two information databases:
The inventory of Questionnaires is presented using EBT'S (Electronic Books Technologies) electronic delivery system DYNATEXT. This software is designed for a Windows environment for presentation of information, including images as well as
hyperlinks. The images of the questionnaires are presented using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
