Self Help Book Collection

Our new collection of self help books is part of the library's ongoing support of campus-wide wellness. All books in the collection were recommended by one of our Grenfell Counsellors, Veronica Hutchings.

The books are aimed at students who may be struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, disorderd eating or other mental health topics. You can view all of the books on our flickr site.
