How to access

Go the MUN Libraries homepage at http://www.library.mun.ca/

If you are at home, click on the Off-campus Login icon at the top right of the home page, and follow the instructions.

Select Article Indexes

Under Indexes by Title, select E

Select EconLit

How to search
- Enter your words or phrases in the Find box
- Select where to search for your terms e.g., Words Anywhere (searches Title, Author, Abstract, Subject, etc), Title, Author, Subject
- Click on:

Combining Search Sets
Your previous searches are listed on the bottom half of the search screen. For more advanced searching you can combine two or more of your previous searches.
- In the Find box, enter the set numbers (including the # symbol) of the previous searches you wish to combine using and, or, not (more information)
- Click on Start Search at the top of the screen

Locating documents in the library
To determine if Memorial Libraries owns a journal:

Click on Check for Holdings link located at the bottom of most records

The library catalogue will appear in a new window - if Memorial owns the journal, the record for the journal will appear. Be sure to check that the volume/year of the journal you are looking for is listed
- If there is no Check for Holdings link, open another screen, go to the Library's Homepage (www.library.mun.ca) and click on Catalogue. Search for the journal or book in the Catalogue
Print/save/email
Before you Print, Save or Email your records, you may
mark the records you want by clicking in the box at the top left of each brief record.
From the top of your results list, select
Print, Save or
Email, and select from the options given. Once you have captured your records, you can return to your search by clicking

.
Logout
Once you have finished searching, please exit by clicking
