To Change the View of the Results:
If one country and one or two years is selected (the results are not displayed as a table), multiple results can be viewed at one time. Minimize the Results window or place the mouse pointer on title bar and drag the Results window to the desired location on the screen. Repeat the Quick Query process.
NOTE: The Tables, Charts and Maps option is highly recommended in place of multiple Quick Queries.
If the results of a Quick Query are displayed as a table, the columns can be moved. Place the mouse pointer on column heading and drag it left or right. Adjust the width of the columns by placing the mouse pointer on the column heading at line separating the column (the pointer becomes a double arrow). Drag it to the desired width.
The data can be sorted in a number of ways, e.g.
Click on the A-Z button to sort the data alphabetically by country
Click on the 0-7 button to sort data in ascending order by year.
Click the appropriate icon to sort data in ascending or descending order by value of the selected variable.
To Save the File:
First click the Copy button to copy the query results to the Clipboard for use in other applications.
To save the file, minimize OECD Health Data Library.
Double click the Clipboard icon. Click File on the menu bar and select Save As.
NOTE: File name must include drive letter, e.g. a:filename
B. To Construct a Table:
Click Tables, Charts and Mpas.
In the Create Table window, click the Add button to view the list of chapters.
Select the chapter,variable and unit as in Quick Query mode.
Repeat process to select additional items.
To modify a selected variable, highlight it and click the Modify button.
To remove a selected varaiable, highlight it and click the Cut button. (Use the Paste button to reinsert the last variable cut.)
Click the Countries tab. Select the countries from the list or click the Group icon to select a group of countries.
Click the Years tab. Select the years desired. Click the Availability button to ensure that data is available or one or all variables, and one or all countries.
To create the table, click the Construct tab.
Choose the type of item that is to be fixed, e.g. 1 country, 1 year or 1 variable.
Select the type of item for the rows and columns, e.g.

To Change the View of the Table:
Double click a column heading to change the title of the column.
Double click the empty cell in the upper left of the table to change the table title.
To change the column width, click the column separator line at the column heading. (The pointer becomes a double arrow.) Drag the column to the desired width.
To Add Variables to a Displayed Table:
Click the table's close box (X) to return to the Create Table window. Click the Variables tab and then click the Add button to add variables to the table. Continue as outlined under Tables, Charts and Maps.
Data Output Options:
Click one of the options on the table toolbar, e.g.
Print
Export (save) NOTE: File name must include drive letter, e.g. a:filename
Other options on the table toolbar include:
