Agency for Healthcare Policy and Research (AHRQ): Guidelines, sponsored by the former Agency for Health Care Policy and Research (AHCPR) are listed and can also be accessed through HSTAT (Health Services Technology Assessment Text) at the National Library of Medicine. Also includes a link to the National Guideline Clearinghouse.

CDC Prevention Guidelines Database (U.S. Centers for Disease Control)
CMA Infobase: Canadian Medical Association's database of clinical practice guidelines that are produced or endorsed in Canada.
Health Services/Technology Assessment Text (HSTAT): Provided access to full-text docuements useful in health care decision making. Includes clinical practice guidelines, quick reference guides for clinicians consumer guides and evidence reports sponsored by a number of agencies.
National Guideline Clearinghouse: Sponsored by the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research, American Medical Association and the American Association of Health Plans.
Ottawa Hospital - Clinical Practice Guidelines: Sites are listed alphabetically by the name of the association. Canadian, American, British and Australian sites are included.
Primary Care Clinical Practice Guidelines: Designed for the primary care provider, this site includes an introduction to guidelines. Guidelines are listed by clinical content categories. There is also an index, search option and listing by the top 25 diagnosis clusters.
