The Library Reserve Collection is found behind the Circulation Desk. This small subset of the full Library Collection is a shared resource for the benefit of all students.
The Library's Reserve Collection comprises text books for some courses being offered during the term. The Reserve Collection also includes materials which faculty want available for quick consultation by students.
Materials are placed on Reserve after a faculty member from the Fisheries and Marine Institute or the Engineering Technology Centre of the College of the North Atlantic requests that the material be added to the Reserve collection. Faculty are encouraged to make their Reserve requests early in the term by using the Add a book to Reserve form, by telephone at 778-0613 or in person.(Of course, reserve materials may be added at any time as required)
