CNS Subject Files

The Centre for Newfoundland Studies maintains over 30,000 files containing newspaper clippings, periodical articles and brochures on a wide range of topics including ships, places, book reviews, theatre reviews as well as biographical information. The subject Vertical Files contain mostly newspaper articles, while the Periodical Article Files include photocopies of selected magazine and periodical articles only. Our lists of files are given below. All our files may be consulted at the Centre only and users may make photocopies.
