Information Services oversees the main reference collection of the QEII, which consists of a wide range of print and electronic information sources, including encyclopedias, dictionaries, indexes, and bibliographies. Information Services librarians also provide access to online reference sources and other quality websites through our Internet page.

By phone: call (709) 864-7427. Please note that phone calls are most useful for specific, brief inquiries. If you call us with a more in-depth query, your question will be taken down and a staff member will return your call as soon as possible.
By email: the most effective way to contact us by email is to use the MUN Libraries Email Us form. We check for messages throughout the day and try to answer them as quickly as possible (usually within the hour but always within 24 hours).
By appointment: If you are looking for in-depth or specialized research help, you can book a one-on-one session with a librarian by calling 864-7427.
