Stop Motion Studio
Overview
The Stop Motion Studio app can be found in the App Store and the Google Play Store. The app is meant to help create stop motion animations easily and more quickly than just using a camera and a video editing program. The app itself is free, but it does have in-app purchases to help make a better finished product. The combined in-app purchases would cost $5.99. These in-app purchases allow you to import pictures, use a remote camera, add movie effects, paint, use a green screen and add sound effects. The green screen does sound appealing but the rest of the purchases really only need to be made if you plan on using the app over and over again.

Pros:
- The app allows you to quickly play through all of your photos to see if they run smoothly together.
- The app has a feature that shows you the last picture you took superimposed over what the camera currently sees.
Cons:
- The photos do not save to the phone or tablet so transferring them (especially on an Android) can be difficult. You need to save them to a file and move the images around to get them to appear in your images.
