Grenfell Campus Archives Board
The Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Archives (GCMUNA) will be governed by a Board of, at minimum, three people and a Director. One member should be a community member when possible. Board membership should be for a 2-year term.The Director is a voting member of the board. The Board will meet three times/year to set policy and approve the budget. The Director will govern day-to-day operations, oversee employees and ensure compliance with the Archives policies. The Director will normally serve a three year term; however, it is within the scope of the Board to remove the Director for significant administrative failings.
