Document Delivery

Did you find an item in OneSearch that we don't have? 

Request an item found in OneSearch

  1. Make sure you are signed in to OneSearch
  2. If your desired item is listed but full text is not available, click on "Locate in the library" and choose the link "Request from Document Delivery Services"
  3. Check the form and fill in any missing or incorrect information
  4. Make sure your messaging and delivery email address is one that you regularly check
  5. Click "Submit"
  6. You will receive an email with instructions when the item is ready. Note: Links to online items may only be clicked once.

 

Request an item using a blank document delivery form

    1. Before placing this type of request, ensure we do not have the item
    2. You must be signed in to OneSearch
    3. At the top of the OneSearch page, click on "Document Delivery". Note: If you were not signed in to OneSearch, you will be prompted for a user login and password. You will not be able to log in through this page.
    4. Return to OneSearch to log in
    5. You will be taken to the "My Requests" page and will see any Document Delivery requests you already have
    6. To request a new item, choose "Book" or "Article" from the left hand side of the page
    7. Fill in as much information as you can about your item in the request form
    8. Make sure your messaging and delivery email address is one that you regularly check
    9. Click "Submit"
    10. You will receive an email with instructions when the item is ready. Note: Links to online items may only be clicked once
